Please Read Throughly Hello, I'm Christian , the Proud CEO of my home based salon Loc Haven. Originally from Evansville, IN, I've always been passionate about natural hair since a young girl. With an expertise in Locs, my goal is to address the lack of proper care and understanding surrounding Locs. I started my Loc Profession in 2019 and I am committed and striving towards providing tailored education for Healthy Loc Journeys. 1 BOOKING- When booking you must select all of the services you would like. Once selected, the calendar will show you the next available date and time for that service. If it doesn't have the date that you would like, the date is unavailable. Please note, if you select a different service in order to get the desired date, you will only get what you booked. For timing purposes add-ons are not allowed on the date of service so it's important that you book everything you need. The schedule is always open and allows booking out to a year in advance. Always confirm that your contact information is correct in order to receive all correspondence in regard to your appointment. If you're booking for someone else, their information should be filled out. If 2 SQUEEZE IN'S- If you need an appointment but there's no availability, the squeeze in option is $65 additional. Once agreed upon with the stylist, you will be required to pay the $65 upfront in order to secure the appointment. The balance would then be due on the date of service. To request a squeeze in, text a clear photo of your hair along with the date requested and service you'd like to 504-406-3136. 3 DEPOSITS- A non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied to the service. Deposits can be transferred ONCE if there's notification 24 hours prior to appointment requesting to reschedule. An additional deposit will need to be made if you need to reschedule again. 4 RESCHEDULING/ CANCELING- To reschedule or cancel an appointment, refer to the confirmation email you received when you initially booked the service. At the bottom of the email, you will see the option to do so. Please text 504-406-3136 to see if the request can be accommodated. When requesting to make changes to appointments that occupy larger time slots, such as color etc, within 7days of the appointment, a penalty fee of $50 additional will be added to your new balance to accommodate for the inconvenience of the last-minute change. Example: you book the retwist & style w/color, 3+ hrs @ $165 and request to change to a style only, 30-45min @ $65, your new total would be $115 ($65+$50). Please be aware that if you cancel, the deposit will not be refunded,as they are non-refundable. 5 NO- SHOWS- In order to book a new service, the total must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments not received within 2 hours of booking, will be cancelled. Contact stylist to confirm acceptable methods of payment for this scenario. 6 ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS- The deposits will be made thru booking site using debit or credit card. The balance can be paid using cash, card, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Cash app is NOT accepted. There's a $2 fee that will be applied if using a card. Also, I do not carry change. Please have exact funds before arriving. 7 AGE LIMITS- No one under the age of 5 will be serviced. 8 CONSULTATIONS- In person consultations are not available at the moment. If you have concerns about your hair prior to booking, feel free to send clear photos/videos of your hair and a detailed explanation of what your concerns are to 504-406-3136. 9 ADDITIONAL GUEST- Extra guest are not allowed unless they are being serviced. Seating is limited so anyone not being serviced will be asked to stay in the vehicle. 10 COLOR SERVICES- Color services cannot be booked online without prior authorization from the stylist. You MUST send a photo of your hair and desired color to 504-406-3136 to book the service. The non-refundable deposit for this service is $50 which will be applied to the total. Please be mindful of your clothing choice for the date of service. When dealing with chemicals appropriate draping will always be done but accidents can happen and are not predictable. 11 ON THE DATE OF SERVICE- Please come in with all styles fully taken out and/or with your hair fully detangled. A wash is included with all services unless otherwise stated at no additional cost. 12 PRODUCTS- All products are provided by stylist. Please no outside products unless prescribed by a physician or previously discussed and approved by stylist. 13 LOC EXTENSIONS/INSTANT LOCS- If you are interested in extensions or instant locs, please text 504-406-3136 a clear photo of your hair (I need to see fullness and length), send a photo of the length you'd like and a photo of the desired size. 14 ADDITIONAL LOC SERVICE INFO- Be sure to thoroughly review the description of the service selected. If it will be 3+ months since you have had your hair maintained by the date of service, please book under the "overdue loc services" section. 15 By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the terms set in this policy. I have the right to refuse service to anyone. All terms are non-negotiable and all services are non-refundable, therefore no exceptions 16 If you are not in the state of Missouri you MUST book travel fee, no exceptions unless I have multiple bookings in said state. ALL MESSAGES WILL BE RESPONDED TO BY THE END OF BUSINESS DAY WHEN WORKING AND ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY IF OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF THE TIME WHEN REACHING OUT. NO CALLS/TEXT AFTER 8PM OR BEFORE 8AM

Please read the about section so that there are no misunderstandings! ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED OR THEY WILL BE CANCELED. You must cancel at least 24 hours before appointment to avoid 30% cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late or no call, your appointment will be cancelled and 100% of service will be charged to card on file.
